Fishing Report:
It's been a while since our last fishing report, mostly because their has been little to report. The fluke fishing this year was poor at best, we still caught alot but most of it was short. The Porgie and sea bass fishing on the other hand has been exceptionally good and with a 10 fish bag limit on scup we have been spending most of the days trying to avoid them. The sea bass on the other hand has been day by day and it seems like some days are alot better than others. |

Fishing Report:
So for all of you who are interested we have started fluke fishing and all I can say is it isn't anything exciting it's not bad but not good either. We have been averageing about 30-40 keepers per trip, with 20 people fishing you do the math. Their is a positive side however there are alot of nice seabass with low hook averageing about 6 seabass around 3-5lbs. So if it's a blood bath you want it's not good, if you want to go fishing and go home with some nice fish it's not bad. |

Fishing Report:
Well here is another report for all of you who are interested, first the porgie fishing you could say is very good, however it is only a ten fish limit so take it for what it is worth. There is some positive news the blach sea bass have still been O.K. with most people averageing 4-6 nice seabass per person. So at least it is something, next week we start Fluke fishing, and again the reports I have heard from some of the commercial guys does not have my hopes up. |

For all of you who are interested I have some bad news, like every year and every thing sooner or later all things must come to an end. So what I am saying is the big spring run is over for the last 2 days the catch has been about 1.5 buckets average. We are still seeing a good number of sea bass, hope to see you soon. |

Fishing Report:
Again another season is underway and the fishing so far has been good with most people reaching their limit no problem, also we have been picking up a few nice sea bass and as of the 22nd. we can keep them. So hopefully you have reservation to get in on the big spring run. |

Fishing Report:
Well this week was anything but good the last few trip's for blackfish have been slow to say the least. Today was by far the worst with 20 people fishing and 10 fish on the boat all day (No good). On the up side when porgies and seabass open I think the fishing is going to be hot, because that is all we seem to catch the last few trips. |

Fishing Report:
For all who are interested this weekend we started fishing out of Onset for blackfish. Sat. we had a good bite in the morning and the rest of the day we picked a few here and there, @ the end of the day we ended up with about 60 fish on the boat for 30 people fishing. On Sunday it was a little better with a smaller croud we had about 40 fish for 14 people so the ratio was better. Also for all interested thew porgies are here however we can not fish for them until the 15th. of May. |

Fishing Report:
This weekend we had our first two trips, Sat. was O.K. not good but not bad eighter we had a full boat and high hook was 9 nice haddock low hook was 1 and any where in between. Sunday was better where we averaged about 8 haddock per person we also had some really nice cod fish come up however we had to release them until the 15th. of April but I think it's a really good start. Fishing Report:
We have just started realy targeting black fish to day was our first trip and I know alot of people were not happy with the catch I thought it was not such a bad day. We had 14 people fishing and at the end of the day we had 30-35 keepers on the boat, know there were 3 people on board that did not catch a keeper all day however it is still early and a couple of people had 5 nice fish which in my book is not bad. |

I know it has been a while between fishing reports and it is tough for me to give the same report over and over but as some of our customers like joey ferreira who want to read the fishing report, good, bad or indifferent I will make a hard and honest effort to let you all know week by week how things are going. So with that here it is the last week we had a couple of I would say good day with everyone limiting out on porgies no problem with some nice sea bass mixed in.The last 4 day have been anything but good alot of small porgies as well as seabass, where have all the big fish gone in the bay I don't know but I will keep looking and let you know if or when I find them. |

Fishing Report:
For all of you who are interested, the fishing over the last few weeks has been O.K. the fluke is fair on the right days. If we sit still and do not get a good drift going it has been poor on the other days like today alot of people did reach their limit. The porgies and seabass have been, I think for this time of year also O.K. with everyone reaching their legal limit in scup no problem, the seabass have been plentiful however they have been mostly 11-11.5" not legal yet but if they grow one inch in a month, August and September is going to be another great year for seabass. |
| Reported By: Capt. Chris |
|
| Sail Date: 7/09/09 |
Fishing Report:
Well our first fluke trip is behind us and it was anything but good the conditions were poor and so was the fishing. Just as I though 18.5 inches is not easy to come by, we did have one person limit out however everyone else had between 1-4 legal fish and we did have one person who did not catch a keeper all day. |

Fishing Report:
This week has been about the same maybe even a little slower friday was a really good day compaired to what we have been doing and then Sat. and Sun. were alot worse then average. I am really upbeat about starting the Fluke season however 18 1/2 inch fish might be tough to come by, we will see and keep you posted. |

Fishing Report:
Well for all of you who are interested about the fishing the big spring run for 2009 is over, the fishing over the last 3 days has slowed down alot. However, we are still seeing quite a few seabass and most people have been averaging a bucket and a half to two buckets of porgies which in my book is still good. |
| Reported By: Capt. Chris |

| Sail Date: 5/25/09 |
Fishing Report:
The fishing report for this week is anything but average for spring fishing, lots of porgies, and a lot of nice sea bass some days more than others, black fish, blue fish, stripers, and others. So all in all the fishing is very good, and if you believe some of those rumors that are floating around, that only the small boats are doing we, this is a farce. Anyone with a little experience is doing quite well. |

Well another week has gone by and I think with the right day the fishing is still good. This Sat. was good mostly haddock high hook had 17 fish low hook 8 fish, today was a different story the weather was anything but what the weather man called for, we had 4-6 ft. all day and total fish onboard was 26, but again for the most part the good weather days have been good days. |

For all of you who are interested in cod fishing, this weekend was our first trip, Sat. we did not sail because of the weather. However we did get out on Sun. and at the end of the day it was O.K., low hook on the boat had three haddock, high hook had 18 haddock & 6 cod fish and any where in between, so if things will stay like that I would say the fishing is good. |

Well here's another fishing report for all who are interested, lets start with the fluke fishing it started out good with only one trip that was not that good and today's trip started out that way however in the end it wasn't that bad. The biggest fish so far this season was 9lbs. 4oz. again not as good as last year however still not bad. Now to the porgies and seabass if you ask me this year would probably be the best year I have seen in a while, don't get me wrong we have had our good day's and bad day's and this time of year we always get small fish, however their seem to be alot more nicer fish then in years past. But this new limit really hurts. |

Fishing Report:
The end of another week has come and the fishing was getting better, all last week was o.k. everyone got there limit of porgies no problem and after that we would go looking for sea bass and that to was O.K. as well. However Sat. and Sun. were not that good alot of small porgies and very few sea bass. The good news is the fluke fishing is good except for last thursday in which we had very tough conditions to fish under, other than that the fishing has been good, with most people reach there limit no problem. |

I must again appologize for my lack of keeping you informed. Let me start by saying the fishing from May 16 through June 14 was very good people reached their limit with no problem. Since then thing have been hit or miss with more misses than hit's,until this last week, the fishing really came around but again there is a down side the limit. Also we started fluke fishing on Tuesday July 1st and it was not what we had last year however the fising was not bad with 70% of the boat limiting out. The biggest fish was 6.5lbs no monster but still a very nice fish. Till next week!!!!!!!!! |

However It seems to me that the bad days are really bad 1/2 -3/4 buckets and the good days like today are really good 1 1/2 - 2 buckets but again like I said before I have had 5 really good days out of 14. Friday, and today were about the same not good but not bad, the people who really worked it went home with a bucket or a little better. Sorry I am a day late with my report, but these things happen. Anyway, this week I think was definitely better, the quality of the fish that are legal is getting alot better there is still alot of little fish as well. Again it is the end of another week and every thing is still pretty much the same, the fluke trips have been great and the scup are still slow. However I think or let's say I hope next weeks fishing report will be better in regards to the porgy fishing, because even though this week was not that good we are starting to see more and more nice fish mixed in. So if you have been watching the fishing report don't miss next week because I think it is going to be alot more positive and we are in for a great finish to our 2007 season. |

So for all who are interested in the fishing, all I have to say is if you haven't tried fluke or fishing for them now is the time, I don't think there is a person out their who could not catch there limit with fishing like it has been. The porgy fishing on the other hand has been slow, on good day's buckets on the bad day's 1/2 buckets, however August is just around the corner and hopefully things will start to pick up. |

Also the scup fishing is starting to turn around, thing in the bay are still alittle tight with alot of little fish but over the last three day's I think we are starting to see alot nicer fish mixed in plus we are still seeing a good number of sea bass.
